This product is already registered to another account and we can't do a proper license transfer. However, you can still use it without registering as described in NI's documentation regarding license transfer:

"If you cannot contact the seller, you can still use your new hardware. Registration of the hardware is not necessary to use it. You can simply acquire the software separately to use with your hardware."
