Condition - Wear and tear from a year of use. Outer material is clean with no visible scratching or scuffs. Uncured leather strap has a few water spots, and very light soiling in a couple areas. Right flap has a slight bend (pictured) minor, but mentionable. Inner material has a few sections of soiling and light pen.  On lower right section of slip pocket, there is a clear glue or nail polish that is on the leather. (pictured) with some light damage on leather from glue being removed. Selling at discount because of this.
